Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, used cosmetic sponges and brushes cannot be returned.
Are your products 100% vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. EcoTools is PETA certified, meaning we never test on animals and we do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our brushes, sponges, or accessories.
How should I clean and maintain my makeup brushes?
To extend the life of your tools, we recommend washing brush bristles once a week with a mild cleanser or our EcoTools Brush Shampoo. Rinse thoroughly, reshape the bristles, and lay flat to dry to prevent water from damaging the bamboo handles.
